Dr. Arsh Ahuja practice in Los Angeles but operate 2 offices in New York City. Since the owner lives in CA, he needed somebody on the ground, who he could trust & oversee the project in NY. After getting the space, it was listed as 1400 Sq. Feet. Quick laser measurement showed 950 Sq. Feet. They were trying to charge him more for the rental space, he saved a lot on his monthly rent. Accommodated renderings so the client would understand what the project would look like. Use of beautiful materials, rules & regulations of commercial spaces. Use of virtual long distance designing come handy – computer sessions / not bounded by physical constrains. More comfortable space – create a new atmosphere so you don’t concentrate on the dentist.
