Ms. Gapas is an existing client who owns a 3-story building in Astoria. As an entrepreneur, she has her own business on the first floor; but as a residential design NYC tenant, she had a three bedroom apartment on the second floor. Ms. Gapas came to us with one simple goal – maximize her space and recreate different atmospheres to separate her professional environment from her personal life.
