SoHo Hotel Interior Design NYC
The SOHO Hotel interior design project is located in SoHo, a vibrant neighborhood in Lower Manhattan. This area has become an epitome of New York City due to its inner-city regeneration, gentrification, and fast-paced socioeconomic and cultural developments. SoHo is particularly known for its cast-iron buildings dating from the 1800s. When we were invited to present our visualization for this project, we sought to preserve the classic architectural details while integrating modern fixtures. Our design depicts fire escapes, brick walls, street artists, and hip furniture pieces built from recycled materials. At the same time, it incorporates a French-inspired free-standing bathtub and other traditional materials.
