Residential Design Project
When the American economy began to recover, the Wyspianskis seized the real estate residential design market by storm. They purchased two family house next to each other and merged them into one. The new property consisted of five stories, six bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms. QUBA design handled this project in a very efficient and strategic manner. From measurements to space planning, we increased the square footage – by enlarging the bedroom and the kitchen – and ensured that the property value continued to rise.
