Hospitality Design Project
Recent data estimates that the number of visitors to New York City will exceed 60 million by 2020 – interior hospitality design plays an outstanding role. As such, real estate developers are eager to capture this rising demand and secure new opportunities in the market. Among the tentative projects, The Loft Hotel promises to become one of the finest buildings in Tribeca. During the early stages of architectural planning, QUBA Design was invited to present its vision for this multi-million hotel. The client gave us three attributes for this model: modern, sophisticated, and eye-catching. Based on this vision, our team conceptually designed a European-inspired, minimalistic but elegant hotel to serve a very refined clientele. With floor-to-ceiling windows and 360 degree views of Manhattan, we utilized the open space to create an intimate and clean environment. We also included a fully equipped kitchen, added free standing glass showers that resemble high-end spas, and incorporated an inside hammock to evoke feelings of tranquility.
