Commercial Design Project
The Jewish Education Media (JEM) Studio is a one of the biggest broadcast-quality production houses in New York City. As a not-for-profit group, this group has become experienced a surge in demand in the last couple of years. Therefore, the studio underwent a massive transformation in 4 months, in order to expand office, production, and preservation spaces. Since the funds for the project were derived from donations, creativity and resourcefulness were absolutely essential. With a limited budget in mind, we partner with the ATAL Group to maximize the value of the project and deliver state-of-the-art offices.
